MG2 is working on the innovative project called TECHNOCAP that has received Phase 1 funding from the European Union in the scope of Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
TECHNOCAP project is based on the industrialisation and commercialisation of a cutting-edge technology for capsule filling machines capable to significantly improve productivity, flexibility and quality of production for pharmaceutical companies, while achieving the strict and ever-increasing regulatory requirements within the industry.
The project is mainly focused on weight control technologies applied to the capsule filling machines but includes also important aspects such as energy optimisation and data collection/reporting for process understanding and improvement both in terms of quality and efficiency.
