Innovation: MG2 winning card at Interpack 2023

MG2 participation to Interpack 2023 was successful for both the public and critics, who were introduced the new
Essentia capsule filler which represents the result of constant research and innovation carried out by the company.
The international event was an opportunity to meet new customers, who animated the stand attracted by the important novelty, but also to consolidate long-standing relationships and strengthen commercial strategies with agents, who attended the numerous meetings offered to the commercial network and to visitors. The feedback from the participants was positive, as the audience was satisfied with the novelty, being constantly looking for proposals that combine innovative content and renewed aesthetics.
“MG2 has always been synonymous with innovation” says Mr. Sergio Cicognani, Director of Strategic Innovation “but it is not always easy to explicitly communicate a concept which is the basis of the development of our projects and products. It is a result achieved thanks to the parallel management of technological innovation and design. The role of the Area Managers needs to be highlighted in that through them we keep constantly close to our customers in an active listening logic, aimed at continuously improving the products to meet their needs. In fact, MG2 technological development is driven above all by the desire to satisfy the technical requirements and the challenging requests coming from the pharmaceutical world.”
Interpack was an opportunity to meet over 130 prospects, 60 of whom had never been in contact with MG2. The new machine has made it possible to bring them closer thanks to the important novelty imprint represented by Essentia and its human-centered approach: an approach where innovation starts from the technological heart to result in both design and great attention to detail, thus bringing back to the logic in which man stays at the center of the technological, functional and aesthetic process.
