Experta is the most complete capsule filling machine of the E Series. Inspired by a human-centered design (HCD), the machine, featuring a single dosing unit, reaches a speed of 100.000 capsules/hour and supports a wide range of configurations and dosing options with the possibility of combining products at nominal speed.

Weight control systems
Experta can be equipped with new improved versions of:
- integrated statistical system mod. iSWC to control the weight of filled capsules, with automatic dosing chambers adjustment
- statistical system to control mod. SNWC to control the net weight of filled capsules, carried out by weighing the same capsule before and after it has been filled
- 100% in-process system mod. NETT to control the net weight of filled capsules, with automatic dosing chambers adjustment and automatic rejection of capsules out of the set range
- 100% in-process system mod. MultiNETT to control the net weight of each component filled into each capsule, with automatic adjustment of each dosing chamber and automatic rejection of capsules out of the set range
