MG2 FlexaLAB capsule filling machine is specifically designed for R&D laboratories, clinical trials, small batch outputs and special productions.
Thanks to the possibility to install more dosing units at the same time, it enables to make product combinations in the same capsule.

Speed: up to 3.000 capsules/hour

Products: powder, powder low dosages for inhalation or DPI, pellets, tablets, micro-tablets, capsule into capsule, liquids

Weight control systems

FlexaLAB can be equipped with:

  • statistical system mod. eSWC/Lab to control the weight of filled capsules, with machine stop in case of sample weight out of the set down limits, without automatic dosing chambers adjustment
  • 100% in-process system mod. MultiNETT to control the net weight of each component filled into each capsule, with automatic adjustment of each dosing chamber and automatic rejection of capsules out of the set range

FlexaLAB in containment version

FlexaLAB is available in different technical configurations in order to achieve a containment level equal to OEB3, OEB4 or OEB5 with the possibility of dry cleaning, wet-in-place, completely automatic and dynamic WIP/CIP systems.
