AFS

Automatic empty capsule feeder & sorter 

MG2 AFS can be connected to the capsule filler.
It is composed by a main container having a capacity of 200 liters approx. and a relevant cover in stainless steel; a rotary capsule selector; capsule transport tubes in stainless steel with “tri-clamp” connection; a vacuum cleaner and a sensor to check capsule level into hopper.

Speed: more than 150.000 capsules/hour

CFS

Empty capsule feeder

MG2 CFS feeds more than 150.000 capsules/hour with need of no size parts to handle different capsule sizes.
It is characterised by minimum overall dimensions, noiseless operation and almost unrequired maintenance.
The main container has a capacity of 200 liters approx.

All the parts in contact with the product are built in stailess steel.

E

Empty capsule eliminator

MG2 E is a capsule sorter which can be used to remove empty capsules or capsule fragments from the filled capsules coming from the capsule filler.
It is a small, lightweight unit and its use does not require the presence of the operator.
It is suitable for all types of capsules without requiring changeover parts.

Speed: 300.000 capsules/hour

FCP

Polishing and selecting machine

MG2 FCP is a polishing machine with a built-in capsule sorter which polishes capsules, removing loose powder and empty, broken or separated capsules from filled capsules coming from the capsule filler.
It is suitable for all types of capsules without requiring changeover parts.

The machine may be dismantled completely for cleaning.
