CFS
Empty capsule feeder
MG2 CFS is a compact empty capsule feeder designed to process more than 150.000 capsules/hour without size parts. With its minimal footprint, quiet operation and almost no maintenance needs, CFS fits seamlessly into any production environment.
The 200‑liter main container offers generous autonomy, while all product‑contact parts are made of stainless steel.
EFS
Automatic empty capsule feeder & sorter
MG2 EFS is an automatic empty capsule feeder and sorter designed to ensure a smooth, efficient and continuous capsule supply. It features a large 330‑liter main container, a rotary selector that removes misshapen capsules before feeding, and a high‑efficiency compressed‑air system for gentle dense‑phase pneumatic transport.
EFS includes an integrated operator interface and a remote diagnostic system, and its compact footprint makes integration easy in any production layout.
FCP
Filled capsules polishing and selecting machine
MG2 FCP is a polishing machine with a built-in capsule sorter.
It cleans the entire outer surface of filled capsules from any product residues and it removes empty, broken or separated capsules coming from the capsule filling machine. Its operation does not require the constant presence of an operator. FCP is suitable for handling any type of capsule without the need for size parts. The entire machine can be easily dismantled for cleaning without the use of tools.
Operating speed: up to 300.000 capsules/hour
